Do not compare Design4Day labor & material with other site. Please clear all the issues at the time of finalize BOQ.

At that time, our labour bill will be calculated on Design4Day item rate & you have to pay 1.5 times of that bill. Material costing will also as per Design4Day. For that site client has to pay labor transport, material transport, water, supervision fee, interior designer visit fee & design fee separately.
If there is any accidental incident of labor or theft or damage of the material on site, then responsibility will be of client.
For readymade items, warranty will be as per product warranty given by company. Repairing & replacing charges for the same will be paid by client only. (i.e. Electronic items, decorative items, furniture & furnishing raw materials, hardwares, etc.)
On commercial or residential site, if there will be any problem from third party then work will be stopped & for the same labor & material cost should be paid by client.
After site completion, if material damages or labor work requires then it will be charged extra.
Charges will be extra for emergency services.
After completion of work and handover the project, support will be provided from us in terms of suggestions. But rework or repairing will be charged extra. May be it's due to weather condition, seelan (bhej), termites, material damage or change in client taste. In exceptional cases, if there is any issues with material durability & labor workmanship then Design4Day is not responsible once project is complete.

Interior design fee includes 2D plan (2-3 options) & 3D plan (1 option). Detailed drawing & supervision will be charged extra. Material selection will be done on extra charge.

We will not provide or issue any kind of legal documents, certificates, approvals, or legally binding documentation related to the design or turnkey project.

All the rates mentioned above doesn't include goods and services tax. Hence GST will be charged separately as per applicable rates for different items.
If we didn't receive payment within 3 days from requested day, work will be on hold till receipt of payment.
